Additionally, the Buyer acknowledges that misuse will cause bodily harm and potentially death, and the Buyer will not hold the Seller accountable or liable for any damages and injuries. The Buyer agrees that the Seller is not liable for any injury, including serious injury or death that may occur during the use of body armor. The Buyer, releases, discharges, indemnifies, and holds harmless the Seller for any liability from the purchase, possession, or use of the body armor. The Buyer specifically disclaims any right to any damages from the Seller, including compensatory damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, punitive damages, costs, and attorney’s fees.
